Getting prepared for Easter

I worked at Hettie's Patch yesterday, Tony always laughs when I say "I'm working at the shop" he says I should rephrase that to "I'm going to play at the shop".
Lorraine had these really cute little bags made up, they are perfect for putting Easter eggs in.
I started making up some kits and just couldn't resist bringing one home. I made this one within an hour this morning. I am all ready for Charlotte's first Easter. Some how I don't think these eggs will last until Easter, Lucas has been eyeing them off most of the afternoon.

Easter Egg Bag

I love this fabric the little chickens have bunny ears and the rabbit has a ducks bill.

Easter Egg Bag

I would rather give a little bag with 1 egg in it and then Charlotte will have something to play with after, rather than lots of eggs and have nothing but foil left when all the eggs are eaten.
If you are interested in a kit give the shop a ring.

Hi Leanne,
Now that is what I call organised. The eggs wouldn't last too long in this house either. At least Charlotte will have a lovely bag to play with.

What a lovely easter present. I would like a job were you could play and work at the same time.

Very cute fabrics Leanne. You are the bag expert! I use mine from the Don't Look Now workshop that you made to keep my hoops etc for my embroidery machine at my sewing cabinet. Jill x

When I worked at one of the local fabric shops... my DH wanted to know why they even bothered to "give" me a pay check cause he figured it all went back there anyway! LoL... I do have my "own" shoppe in the spare bedroom now... or at least so it seems! I tell my DD's to come "shop" at my house b/4 they go spend $$$ on fabric... much cheaper here!
The bag is darling... I could see a cute Spring/Easter type dress out of it for a little girl too!
Guess I had better get busy... I have a little Granddaughter to sew for now!
