Today I went to a workshop to learn back basting appliqué. The woman who took the workshop was Wendy. This is Wendy with Heather, I enjoyed the day and learnt a new technique. The workshop was at Hettie's Patch Below are some examples of the quilt Wendy has made.

This is the whole quilt. I will put a photo of my work in the next few days. I managed to complete 1 stem 5 leaves and a flower.

That quilt is amazing - I don't think I would ever have the patience to make something like that - good luck with your block - I'm sure it will be wonderful as you are such a neat stitcher.
