Catching up

It's been such a while since I last blogged this will be a long one .......... more for my benefit.

Firstly I must thank my lovely friend Chookyblue........ For this gift she sent me some time back.

Here it is in full use it reminds me of her with the lovely chook fabric and a very nice key ring.

Thanks Chookyblue........

Back when the sun was shining and the sky was blue we went to Strathalbyn to the Sheep dog trials.

Each morning when I walk, I walk past this tree "The dragon tree" I think it looks more like a water buffalo.

The sand came back to the beach.

The moon was full and large.

Playing in the back yard.

This is what happens when you move the tripod without looking.

A few months back there was an IRB carnival in the bay.

The boats have to race out to the buoys go around the first one then while going around the second buoy picks someone up out of the water then races to the beach drops that person off and do it again.

During the school holiday my niece and her wonderful family came to stay. We had lots of fun cooking and walk feeding ducks and train rides.

Sean and Charlotte

Jack and Grant

Waiting for the train

Adele and I took Jack and Charlotte to Granite Island on the tram.

We also had some rides.

You may have worked out not a lot of sewing has happened here. I have been a very slack blogger doing a bit of reading not much commenting I will try to be better more for my benefit.

Tony has finished his chemo and has now started to gain weight he is still struggling with no feeling in his hands and feet so life here is improving.

Those working dogs are something else aren’t they. I used to have one and watching them round stuff up is a sight to behold.

It’s lovely to see you and your amazing pictorial spread back. Seems like life has been sending some wonderful times your way . Yay to the chemo finish! Hopefully better times ahead on that front.

So glad to hear that Tony is improving in his health. Onwards and upwards. Looks like you had a great time with your family. Look after your wellbeing too. You need time to recover too so be gentle on yourself. Keep taking pics and just keep posting them. We love to see them. Much love. Xx
