Hi Leanne, I can't imagine being in a country where you have Rainbow Lorakeets as "normal" birds! How amazing to someone from England where the most exotic bird we get to see easily is a goldfinch!
What a treat to get so close to the swans - lovely!
Oh you made me remember all the beautiful parrots that used to sit in the trees outside my kitchen window when I live in Canberra. Great photo's of the swans, those babies are just adorable.
Good job with the pictures. We have many blurred photos of swans and ducks. They're always moving!
Lovely photos Leanne, I’m amazed, of course the little swans and nests go along with Springtime at your place, while overhere the birds are preparing to fly to the warmer countries to spend Wintertime. They must have internet to know all this stuff!
How nice to have been able to get so close, aren't the babies cute?
Beautiful photo's! You are very brave to get so close to the swans! I always go way around them when they having babies! They are adorable though!
Those cygnets are just gorgeous aren't they! I love the way their necks are long already.
Lovely pics to share with us.
