A new job

I am in the middle of 2 weeks full time orientation for a new job. There is no room in my brain for anything.

I have been doing a bit of this at night.

It is all I can manage.

My trip to work is a delight 10 minutes ........ here are some of the views along the way.

While I was at Soverign Hill recently I bought myself this. I have a black bird which I have had for years but a cockie in a pie is perfect.

Some old bits and pieces I have found recently and some yummy fabric I bought at Mill Rose Cottage at Ballan Thru the red door....

This morning we were woken at 6:30am by the sounds of music. Knights was holding the Pro Body Board Competition and as we live 1 minute away it was hard to ignore.

Here are some photos taken on my few walks down to have a look at the action.

Don't know what was more enjoyable to look at the trip to your new job or the beach shots. Good luck in your new job.

Good luck with the new job. The surf photo's look amazing but my level would be standing on the board, on the sand with no water anywhere near me.

Lovely pictures as always. You captured Spring perfectly with your surfing shots.

Good luck with the new job, hope you can enjoy it once you get over the brain drain from the learning curve. I popped into Hetties on Friday and thought of you!
Love the surf pictures, but think I prefer both my feet on the ground. The dogs are gorgeous!

What great surf pictures! Bodyboarding looks a lot more fun there than it does down in Cornwall!

Your journey to work looks like a great way to start the day and knitting is the perfect way to finish it :)

Hope all goes well in the new job.

I envy you living so close to the ocean, Leanne. I shouldn't grumble though because I live near lovely Lake Wendouree. Best of luck with the new job and thanks for commenting on my last blog post; it was great to meet you too and I hope we meet again. Meanwhile, I'm adding you to my list of favourite blogs so I don't miss any more of your posts.
